Uziel Silverman (aka Nightwing, Nightsilver, The Silverman, The Silver Knight, The Silver Vigilante) is point-of-view character in _[[New World City]]_. He is a [[Synths|synth]] detective-vigilante and a founding member of [[Vigilantes League|The Vigilantes League]]. He is often in disguise, but when in his "official" Nightwing garb, he is described as wearing a polished silver mask, black hooded cape, shiny steel boots, and gauntlets.
