Ty Reese (aka Dr. T) is a point-of-view character in _[[New World City]]_. He is a former heavyweight-champion boxer, a successful musician and singer, owner and kingpin of [[Azzuri|The Azzuri]] gang. He is also the [[Populist Party]] candidate running against [[Eli Strauss Jr.]] in the 2000 c.e. mayoral election.
