Benoit is a secondary character in *[[New World City]]*. He is a [[Mutants|mutant]] panda, psychic warrior, philosopher, and a member of the [[Vigilantes League]]. In the past, he spent time at the [[Ivory Citadel]] and managed to smuggled out a small collection of rare books from its libraries.
