Anarchists are not an organized faction per se. They are hooligans who form themselves into ad hoc mobs in order to commit random acts of violence or participate in opportunistic looting. "Anarchist" is also a convenient label used by the [[The State]] and its officials as a catch-all term for individuals or groups that challenge its authority.
